Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes - we sell digital gift vouchers.

Send us a message via our Contact Page to order a gift voucher. Once paid for, we will mail you the voucher via PDF which will have a code on it. The voucher code can be used as a coupon during checkout.

If it's a gift, we can forward it to someone on your behalf on a designated day!

How do I know what size I am?

Jewellery:

Majority of our products are adjustable, however if a specific size is required you can view our full Size Guide.

Swimwear:

Please refer to our Size Guide for guidelines on how to take your measurements. Please note that swimwear cannot be returned, only exchanged and exchanges have to be logged within 2 days of receiving your order.

How do exchanges and returns work?

Our number one priority at Calliopi By Design is that you are completely satisfied with your order. If for whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we will do our utmost best to help!

If you change your mind about an item you have purchased from, we will refund the purchase price, or exchange the item, subject to the following conditions:

  • The returned items must not be earrings or gift cards. Swimwear cannot be returned, only exchanged;
  • Items must be in their original packaging and condition (unworn, unwashed, and unstained with all labels attached and sanitary stickers intact);
  • All items on sale or discounted can NOT be returned, or exchanged;
  • Refunds will not include the cost of shipping, except in the event that the item is faulty;
  • Refunds will be issued in the form of a store credit which will be valid for 6 (six) months - no cash refunds;
  • Customers will have to cover the cost of return postage and can use any courier of their choice provided that a tracking number is given. Calliopi By Design is able to schedule a courier at a fee of R70.00; in addition, in the event of an exchange, standard shipping costs will be applicable for the re-delivery of your exchanged order;
  • Calliopi By Design will NOT be responsible for any lost returns and will not cover the cost of the returns;
  • Exchanges & returns must be submitted within 7 days of date received (swimwear within 2 days for hygiene reasons). Please email info@calliopibydesign.com;
  • All returns will be processed within 3 working days and once we have inspected your item(s) you will be contacted via email.

The pictures of the products may vary slightly in color or look. Calliopi By Design will not grant refunds or exchanges if the customer feels that the product does not look exactly like that in the picture.

If any of the above conditions are not met, we regret to inform you that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refunds.

Can I collect my parcel?

If you’re prepared to travel to Waterkloof, Pretoria – of course!

Just select the collection option during checkout (only available in South Africa) and our collection address will be sent to you via email.

We will send you a confirmation when your order is ready for collection.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do!

For our charges, you may select your item(s) and proceed to the checkout page as charges are based on weight & volume. Upon entering your delivery details, we will auto calculate the delivery charges based on your given address without the need for payment or registration.

Depending on the total order's weight, there are 2 (or 3) options available:

South African Post Office – This option generally takes 3-6 weeks to be delivered is only available if the order weighs under 0.5kg.

Aramex Couriers – This option is weight based and will be adjusted according to your cart during checkout. Aramex takes approximately 3-7 working days to reach you from the time of dispatch.

DHL Express – This option is also weight based and will be adjusted according to your cart during checkout. DHL takes approximately 2-5 working days to reach you from the time of dispatch.

Please note that we take no responsibility for your parcel once handed over to the courier service.

For all international orders, the customer will need to pay for all import taxes, duties and tariffs (if any) as per their country’s governing laws in order to clear customs.
