RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Our number one priority at Calliopi By Design is that you are completely satisfied with your order. If for whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we will do our utmost best to help!
If you change your mind about an item you have purchased from, we will refund the purchase price, or exchange the item, subject to the following conditions:
- The returned items must not be earrings or gift cards. Swimwear cannot be returned, only exchanged;
- Items must be in their original packaging and condition (unworn, unwashed, and unstained with all labels attached and sanitary stickers intact);
- All items on sale or discounted can NOT be returned, or exchanged;
- Refunds will not include the cost of shipping, except in the event that the item is faulty;
- Refunds will be issued in the form of a store credit which will be valid for 6 (six) months – no cash refunds;
- Customers will have to cover the cost of return postage and can use any courier of their choice provided that a tracking number is given. Calliopi By Design is able to schedule a courier at a fee of R70.00; in addition, in the event of an exchange, standard shipping costs will be applicable for the re-delivery of your exchanged order;
- Calliopi By Design will NOT be responsible for any lost returns and will not cover the cost of the returns;
- Exchanges & returns must be submitted within 7 days of date received (swimwear within 2 days for hygiene reasons). Please email email@example.com;
- All returns will be processed within 3 working days and once we have inspected your item(s) you will be contacted via email.
The pictures of the products may vary slightly in color or look. Calliopi By Design will not grant refunds or exchanges if the customer feels that the product does not look exactly like that in the picture.
If any of the above conditions are not met, we regret to inform you that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refunds.
